What data we process

If you send us an enquiry via the form, by e-mail or by phone, we process the data you give us – name, company, e-mail, phone number, information about the property and the services you need. Enquiries sent through the website form are not stored on the website; they are delivered to us by e-mail via Resend (Resend, Inc.), which only transmits them on our behalf.

We use the data solely to prepare a quote and to communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes and keep it only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, or for the duration of the contract and the periods required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe the processing breaches the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The necessary cookie only stores your choice. Google Maps is loaded only after you consent to the “External media” category.
